Halimah Abubacker is the main artist and founder of Henna-h.com. She started her career working on theatre as a make up artist she adapted the skill through to Bridal make up/hair and Henna. Having a strong artistic background makes Halimah extremely creative rather than clinical. Her versatility and experimental approach enables her to create any fabulous look, which is desired by her clients and offers them her expert input which makes them look stunning. Halimah has had her work published in esteemed Bridal publications including Asiana Wedding Magazine, Eastern Eye Newspaper, Asian Bride Magazine, has appeared on a number of programmes on satellite television and has exhibited in many lifestyle and wedding exhibitions. She has been working for a great deal of television presenters and is an ongoing makeup artist for ZEE TV. Henna-h has been in the company of many Bollywood stars including Amitabh Batchan, Abishek Batchan Kareena Kapoor, Salif Ali Khan, Karen Johar and has worked her magic on a number of celebrities such as Alisha Chinnoy, Neha Dhubia, Mona Singh and Kazz Kumar. They have organised a fashion show for Rohit Varma as well as a growing amount of designers. |
